The Clinical Informatics Analyst will be responsible for supporting Myelin’s customers in their successful use of the Myelin application. The scope of the role is to assess provider requirements in relation to current and future care management and care quality initiatives including MACRA/MIPS; configure the Myelin application to support care team workflows; serve as a point of contact for clinical data retrieval, analysis, and loading of data into Myelin; provide training services to new customers and perform ongoing optimization activities through the Myelin User Group Program

  • 2 - 5 years of data analysis experience.
  • Proven experience working with complex data sets within large organizations, preferably healthcare.
  • Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences.
  • Provides operational systems support to clients.
  • Track, prioritize, document, and resolve requests using a Support Desk ticket system.
  • Provide updates and other trainings as needed regarding Myelin functionality.
  • Create content for end-user manuals, guides, training materials, and other associated resources for staff

Business Development Manager

Responsible for new sales and account management

We help patient care teams reach their full potential with a focus on the key revenue drivers necessary to thrive in value-based payment models, including Direct Contracting and Primary Care First.

The Business Development Manager role will be responsible for generating new software and professional services sales and provide ongoing account management for Myelin clients. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a high pace, dynamic environment with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in healthcare with working knowledge of value-based care contracting highly desired.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and/or health IT industry.
  • Prior sales and customer support experience preferred.
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new customers through proactive outreach to prospects; seeking referrals from existing clients, networking with industry associations, creating and presenting engaging and competitive proposals, etc.
  • Develop sales presentation material that promote the benefits of Myelin.
  • Participate in routine customer communications, service recovery, annual reviews and customer audits to identify opportunities to cross sell additional Myelin services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client personnel through formal and informal interactions.
  • Identify new or additional services that will benefit clients and increase account revenue and profitability.
  • Through proactive engagement, identify and exceed client expectations and predicting preferences and needs.
  • Ensuring that all services are invoiced in a timely manner per contract and scope agreements.
  • Ability to track all contract or statement of work scope changes and where appropriate negotiate additional compensation for the changes.
